This information you provide helps us as we prayerfully consider scheduling our itinerary. While it is a great honor to be invited, due to the large number of requests it is not feasible to accept every invitation. Forms not filled out in full will not be processed. We are currently not accepting any Sunday bookings nor any morning meetings. Thank you for providing specific answers on each line
